INDUSTRIES / INSURANCE BROKERAGES

Capture the question. Put the policy in front of the broker.

New enquiries, servicing calls and renewal questions all need attention. We help shape intake and document workflows that prepare the right information for your brokerage without turning an assistant into a coverage decision-maker.

Insurance Brokerages at a glance

Coverage questions mean reading the policy again
Answers from the policy itself, with the clause cited
Renewals slip because nobody was watching the date
Tracks every renewal and starts the outreach early
Claims intake is a phone call and a retyped form
Captures the claim details once and files them

Record the request once.

A structured intake can capture the reason for the call and a callback preference, then route it to the right team. Identity checks and the information permitted on the call must match your brokerage's process.

Use documents to support review.

A document workflow can help staff locate a policy passage and its source. A quotation from a clause is not a final coverage determination; endorsements, exclusions and the full policy still matter.

Example workflow

The example below shows the shape of an agreed process. The integrations, permissions and final handoff are defined with your team.
  1. 1

    Capture the service request.

  2. 2

    Route to the authorized team.

  3. 3

    Locate relevant policy material.

  4. 4

    Broker reviews and responds.

Example request record: Coverage question · source passage located · broker review required.

Make the renewal task visible.

A scoped workflow can prepare reminders or tasks from a verified renewal date. The brokerage controls the communication and the decision. The system must not imply that a policy is renewed or bound because a reminder was sent.

Questions from insurance brokerages

Coverage interpretation and confirmation stay with the authorized broker or insurer. The assistant must not bind, amend or confirm coverage.

A notification workflow may be scoped, but collecting details does not mean a claim has been accepted. The caller must be told the actual next step.

We review the system, permissions and available integration before agreeing scope. No universal brokerage-management connector is promised.

Start with the calls and files you already understand.

Bring an anonymized example, the tools involved and the point where someone on your team must approve the next step. We will discuss a small first scope and how to check whether it helps. Keep real customer, patient and confidential records out of public demos.

Augova serves businesses in Richmond Hill, Thornhill, York Region and Toronto. We work as a service-area business, with no public walk-in office.
